For Filling
- Step 1 In a heated pan, add 1/2 cup grated fresh coconut,1/4 cup jaggery powder and 1/8 tsp green elaichi powder.
- Step 2 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 3 Mix all ingredients well till jaggery melts.
- Step 4 Then add 25g tutti fruity and mix.

For Dough
- Step 1 In a kadai boil water as required and add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 cup rice flour and mix well. Once it thickens turn off the heat.
- Step 2 Knead a soft dough.
- Step 3 Allow it to cool, take a small portion, round it into a ball and press it flat, add the filling and fold and seal the edges from the sides into a modak shape.
- Step 4 Prepare the rest, transfer the modak to the steamer.
- Step 5 Allow it to steam for 15 min.
- Step 6 Delicious modak is ready to serve.
