1 Tbsp(28.0 gm) Honey
1 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1 Stick(0.25 gm) Cinnamon
1 Number(0.11 gm) Cloves
1 Number(0.23 gm) Green Elaichi
3 Number(0.27 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Dry Ginger
  • In a pan add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,1 stick of cinnamon,1 clove,1 green elaichi,3 black peppercorn, and bring to a boil.

  • Add into the 1/4 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp dry ginger powder,1 tbsp chia seed,1 tbsp honey and mix it well.

  • Serve hot.
