For Batter
In a kadai add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,3 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, whisk well, and bring to a boil. when the mixture is in thick consistency then add into the 1/8th tsp vanilla extract,1 tsp butter and mix well.
For Lokum
Spread 1/4th cup grated coconut on tray then add Nestlé A+ Milk flour batter and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 15 mins.
Add whipped cream to the Nestlé A+ Milk flour batter, spread, and cut it keeping 23 inch gap.
Spread 1 tsp almond powder,1 tsp cashew powder,1 tsp pista powder, and roll them using hand.
Serve fresh.
