Turkish Lokum Roll Recipe

1/4 Cup(36.0 gm) Wheat Flour (Whole)
3.0 Powder Tbsp(31.0 gm) Jaggery
1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Cashewnut
1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
1/8 Cup(30.0 gm) Whipped Cream
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1/8 Tsp(0.4 gm) Vanilla Extract
1 Cup(204.0 ml) Nestlé A+ Milk
1/4 Grated Cup(13.0 gm) Dry Coconut
  • For Batter

    In a kadai add 1 cup Nestlé A+ Milk,3 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4th cup whole wheat flour, whisk well, and bring to a boil. when the mixture is in thick consistency then add into the 1/8th tsp vanilla extract,1 tsp butter and mix well.

  • For Lokum

    Spread 1/4th cup grated coconut on tray then add Nestlé A+ Milk flour batter and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 15 mins.

  • Add whipped cream to the Nestlé A+ Milk flour batter, spread, and cut it keeping 23 inch gap.

  • Spread 1 tsp almond powder,1 tsp cashew powder,1 tsp pista powder, and roll them using hand.

  • Serve fresh.
