  • Heat 1/2 tsp mustard oil, add 2 tbsp chopped torai and sauté.

  • In a small bowl add 4 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2.5 tbsp grated cucumber, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Then add sautéed torai and mix well again.

  • Serve with paratha.
