PrePreparation
- Step 1 Grate 1 boiled egg.
- Step 2 Steam and cook 25 gm tuna and shred it.

For Egg Mixture
- Step 1 In a bowl add grated egg,1 tbsp grated cheese,1 tbsp mayonnaise,1/4 tsp mustard sauce,1/8 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.

For Tuna Mixture
- Step 1 In a bowl add cooked shredded tuna,1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped onion,1/2 tsp capers,1/2 tsp chopped olives,1 tsp chopped parsley,1/4 tsp lemon juice and combine all together.
- Step 2 Take 2 bread slices and spread egg mixture on each bread slice. Then add tuna mixture on top of egg mixture.
- Step 3 On a heated pan toast it for few minutes.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 5 Serve the open sandwich.
