30 Gm(30.0 gm) Tuna
36.5 Ml(36.0 ml) Water
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Vinegar
1 Egg Whole(45.0 gm) Egg
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(1.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/2 Powder Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper
1/3 Boiled Mashed Cup(75.0 gm) Potato
1/8 Chopped Cup(17.0 gm) Carrot
1/4 Chopped Cup(24.0 gm) Cabbage
1/4 Chopped Cup(28.0 gm) Onion
1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
2 Tbsp(15.0 gm) Maida
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
  • In a pan heat 1 tsp butter add into the 1/4th cup chopped onion, 30 gm shredded tuna and sure it till mutton cook.

  • Transfer in mixing bowl and add into the 1/4th cup chopped cabbage,1/8th cup chopped carrot,1/3rd cup boiled mashed potatoes,1/2 tsp black pepper powder,1/4th tsp salt,2 tbsp refined flour and combine all together.

  • Make a bubble squeak like a patty and shallow fry it with 1 tsp olive oil.

  • Place bubble and squeak on a plate then place over 1 number poached egg.

  • Pour 1/2 tsp olive oil and garnish with 1 tbsp chopped coriander.
