30 Gram(30.0 gm) Tulsi

2 Cup(250.0 ml) Water

1 Powder Tsp(3.0 gm) Jaggery

1/4 Tsp(0.58 gm) Ajwain

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Saunf

4 Number(0.36 gm) Black Pepper
In a pan add a cup of water, 8 tulsi leaves
, 4 black pepper, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1 tsp jaggery powder and bring all the ingredients to boil for 5 mins.
Strain and Sip warm.
