In a pan add a cup of water, 8 tulsi leaves
, 4 black pepper, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1/4th tsp ajwain, 1 tsp jaggery powder and bring all the ingredients to boil for 5 mins.
Strain and Sip warm.
