Trikon Paratha Recipe

A delicious triangle-shaped, Trikon Paratha is an Indian flatbread made of whole-wheat flour is simple to make and appealing to children. This calorie-dense paratha makes an excellent tiffin option when paired with chutney or Nestlé A+ Curd.

  • Preparation

    Roll the wheat flour dough into a paratha, apply 1/2 tsp ghee on the rolled paratha.

  • Fold it into a triangle and again roll into a paratha.

  • Heat a griddle and roast the paratha with 1 tsp ghee. Flip and roast until both sides are completely cooked and light brown in color.

  • Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd or any side.
