- Step 1 In a kadhai heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, kadi patta, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and saute well.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding methi seeds
- Step 3 Add 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp haldi and mix well.
- Step 4 Add cooked tur dal, water to adjust the consistency and 1/4 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 5 Simmer for a few minutes.
- Step 6 Garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
- Step 7 Serve with rice or roti.
