- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp butter,1 no. bay leaf,1/2 no. cinnamon stick,1/8th cup chopped onion and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8th cup diced potato,1/2 cup diced tomatoes,1/4th tsp salt,1/2 tbsp sugar,1/8th tsp black pepper powder,1/8th cup chopped green zucchini,1/2 tsp tomato ketchup , water as required , mix and cook it well.
- Step 3
Blend in a Smooth Puree.
- Step 4
Garnish with 1 tsp Chopped Parsley and serve.
