1.0 Tbsp(13.0 gm) Rice

1.0 Tsp(4.0 gm) Urad Dal

2.0 Chopped Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato

1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves

0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil

80.0 Ml(80.0 ml) Water
Pour 1 ladle batter on a heated tawa.
Spread it in a round shape.
Then, add 2 tbsp of chopped tomato, and 1 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves.
Add 2 tsp oil all around the uttapam and on the top.
Sprinkle and add 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, flip on to the other side, and roast evenly.
Serve hot.
