Tomato Sprouts Salsa Recipe

Extremely easy way to include sprouts and add protein to your diet ! A great version of normal tomato salsa.

1 Medium(79.0 gm) Tomato

2 No.(2.0 gm) Red Chilly
ingredients
1/8 Cup(14.0 gm) Onion(Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Cup(28.0 gm) Whole Moong
ingredients
1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Garlic(Chopped)
ingredients
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
  • Prepreparation

    Soak and sprout 1/8th cup whole moong. Boil the sprouted moong and keep aside.

  • In a pan, char 1 medium whole tomato & 2 red chillies.

  • Blend this into puree

  • In a bowl, add the puree, 1/8th cup chopped onion, 1/8th cup boiled sprouted moong, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/8th tsp salt and mix it well.

  • Serve
