Steps
- Step 1
Sprout and boil 1/8 whole moong and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a pan, char 1 medium whole tomato and 2 red chillies.
- Step 3
Blend this into puree.
- Step 4
In a bowl, add the puree, 1/8 cup chopped onion, cooked sprouted moong, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 6
Serve.
