Extremely easy way to include sprouts and add protein to your diet ! A great version of normal tomato salsa.
Soak and sprout 1/8th cup whole moong. Boil the sprouted moong and keep aside.
In a pan, char 1 medium whole tomato & 2 red chillies.
Blend this into puree
In a bowl, add the puree, 1/8th cup chopped onion, 1/8th cup boiled sprouted moong, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/8th tsp salt and mix it well.
