  • In a pan, char 1 medium whole tomato and 2 red chillies.

  • Blend this into puree

  • In a bowl, add the puree, 1/8 cup chopped onion, cooked sprouted moong, 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.

  • Serve.
