- Step 1
Add 1 tsp coconut oil in a frying pot at a low flame, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp sambhar masala, and 1 cup chopped tomatoes.

Cover and allow it to cook.
- Step 3
Once the tomatoes are slightly softened and cooked, take off the flame.
- Step 4
Blend to obtain a souplike consistency.
- Step 5
Put it back on the flame and add a little water along with 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder.
- Step 6
Cover and allow the soup to simmer.
- Step 7
Garnish with coriander.
- Step 8
Serve hot.
