  • Melt 2 tsp butter in a frying pot at a low flame, add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 cup diced tomatoes.

  • Cover and allow it to cook.

  • Once the tomatoes are slightly softened and cooked, take off the flame.

  • Blend to obtain a souplike consistency.

  • Put it back on the flame and add a little water along with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp black pepper powder.

  • Cover and allow the soup to simmer.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl and add croutons.

  • Serve hot.
