In a bowl add 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well .
Add 2 tbsp puffed rice and mix gently.
On a plate place 6 tomato slices, add chaat mixture on it, 2 tsp mint chutney, 2 tsp dates imli chutney.
Sprinkle 2 tsp sev and relish.
