Tomato Slices Chaat Recipe

No flame summer recipe that you can have fun cooking with your child. Tomato slices with a mix of mint and dates imli chutney, grated carrot, chopped onion with puffed rice and sev. A very nutritious, healthy and a good snack for a fun filled evening.

1/8 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Nestlé A+ Curd
1/2 Tbsp(2.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.14 gm) Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.33 gm) Ginger (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.2 gm) Garlic (Chopped)
1/8 Tsp(0.04 gm) Green Chilli (Chopped)

  • In a bowl add 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well .

  • Add 2 tbsp puffed rice and mix gently.

  • On a plate place 6 tomato slices, add chaat mixture on it, 2 tsp mint chutney, 2 tsp dates imli chutney.

  • Sprinkle 2 tsp sev and relish.
