- Step 1 In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 2 To that add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 3 kadi pattas and allow it to crackle.
- Step 3 Then add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 inch cinnamon stick and 1 green elaichi, Saute well.
- Step 4 When onions turn translucent, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well.
- Step 5 Then add 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp dhania powder and stir well.
- Step 6 Once mixed, add 1 tbsp tomato puree, cooked rice and mix everything well.
- Step 7 Season with 1/4 tsp salt and mix.
- Step 8 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated ginger.
- Step 9 Stir and serve hot.
