- Step 1 Puree 1/2 bowl diced tomato and keep aside.
- Step 2 Knead a semi soft dough using 4 tbsp wheat flour, tomato puree, 2 tsp rasam masala, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp coconut oil and water as required.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 4 Rest the dough for 5 mins
- Step 5 Divide into equal parts and roll into a round shape.
- Step 6 Roast on a tawa on both sides using 1 tsp ghee
- Step 7 Serve hot.
