  • Knead a semi soft dough using 4 tbsp wheat flour, 1/2 cup tomato puree, 2 tsp rasam powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp coconut oil and water as required.

  • Rest the dough for 5 mins

  • Divide into equal parts and roll into round shape.

  • Roast on tawa on both sides using 1 tsp ghee

  • Serve hot.
