Steps
- Step 1
In a pan add 1 tbsp sesame seeds and dry roast till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
- Step 2
Further, add 1 tsp oil and fry 1 dry red chilli till they puff up.
- Step 3
Add curry leaves and saute till they turn crisp.
- Step 4
Add 1 tbsp chana dal, 1 tbsp urad dal and saute till golden brown.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes and cook till oil oozes out from the sides.
- Step 6
Cool and blend it to smooth texture.
- Step 7
Serve with your favorite snack.
