Tomato Spinach Soup Recipe

1 Cup(54.0 gm) Palak (Chopped)

1/4 Cup(39.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(8.0 gm) Onion (Chopped)

1/2 Tbsp(0.77 gm) Parsley (Chopped)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1/4 Tsp(0.83 ml) Oil

As Required(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp oil.

  • Add 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 1 cup of chopped spinach and 1/4th cup of diced tomato.

  • Saute all the ingredients well.

  • Next, add 1/2 tbsp parsley, 1/4th tsp each of salt and pepper and mix well.

  • Add 125 ml water, stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.

  • Put off the heat, and puree the mixture with a blender.

  • Finally, sprinkle a tsp of sunflower seeds on top and serve in a bowl.
