Enrich and brighten your skin with the goodness of vitamin E packed in this flavourful and tangy tomato palak soup.
In a kadhai, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
Add 2 tbsp of chopped onion, 1 cup of chopped spinach and 1/4th cup of diced tomato.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Next, add 1/2 tbsp parsley, 1/4th tsp each of salt and pepper and mix well.
Add 125 ml water, stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.
Put off the heat, and puree the mixture with a blender.
Finally, sprinkle a tsp of sunflower seeds on top and serve in a bowl.
