Steps
- Step 1 In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle
- Step 3 Add 1/3 cup of chopped onion, and saute until the onion turns translucent
- Step 4 Next, add 1/2 cup of chopped tomatoes, 1/4 tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder and salt
- Step 5 Mix well, cover with a lid and cook
- Step 6 Add black sesame seeds for a nutritional twist
- Step 7 Serve hot
