1/2 Chopped Cup(78.0 gm) Tomato
1/4 Chopped Cup(28.0 gm) Onion
1/4 Tsp(0.59 gm) Jeera
1/4 Powder Tsp(0.54 gm) Red Chilly
0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Haldi
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt
1.0 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
40.0 Ml(40.0 ml) Water
Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai.
Add 1/4th tsp jeera and allow it to crackle.
Add 1/4th cup onion and saute till golden brown.
Add 1/4th tsp red chilly powder, 1/8th tsp haldi and 1/8th tsp salt. Saute well.
Add water as required and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup chopped tomato to the mixture. Mix Well.
Add 15 ml water, close the lid and cook till water dries.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with chapati.
