A batter made of gram flour and tomato, flavored with Indian spices and paired with a bread slice or roti to make a complete snack.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp each of besan and chopped tomato.
Add 1/8th tsp each of salt, red chilli powder, dhania powder, dry mango powder and haldi.
Add sufficient water and mix well.
To this, add 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Pour the prepared mixture into the omelette pan and spread.
Sprinkle on some black sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.
Add 1/2 tsp oil to fry and flip.
