Steps
- Step 1 In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp each of besan and chopped tomato
- Step 2 Add 1/8th tsp each of salt, red chilli powder, dhania powder, dry mango powder and haldi
- Step 3 Add sufficient water and mix well
- Step 4 To this, add 1/8th tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Step 5 Pour the prepared mixture into the omelette pan and spread
- Step 6 Sprinkle on some black sesame seeds for a nutritional twist
- Step 7 Add 1
- Step 8 25 tsp oil to fry and flip
- Step 9 Serve hot
