- Step 1 In a bowl add 2 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp chopped tomato, 1/8 tsp each of salt, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, dhania powder and haldi.
- Step 2 Pour a little water and whisk to make a smooth and thick batter of pouring consistency.
- Step 3 Add 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4 Heat a pan, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it evenly.
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6 Add oil for cooking.
- Step 7 Flip and cook the other side.
- Step 8 Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
