Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp chopped sundried tomato, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, add 1 tsp chopped curry leaves and water.
- Step 2
Knead into a soft dough and make small ball.
- Step 3
Roll out dough ball into tortilla.
- Step 4
Roast tortilla on both the sides.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
