  • In a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp chopped sundried tomato, 1 tsp chopped pudina, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4th tsp salt, add 1 tsp chopped curry leaves and water.

  • Knead into a soft dough and make small ball.

  • Roll out dough ball into tortilla.

  • Roast tortilla on both the sides.

  • Serve hot.
