1 Tbsp(12.0 gm) Masoor Dal
19.2 Ml(19.0 ml) Water
2 Tsp(5.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Tsp(0.14 gm) Oregano
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves
1/4 Chopped Cup(28.0 gm) Onion
2 Diced Cup(345.0 gm) Tomato
3 Florets(24.0 gm) Broccoli
1 Chopped Tbsp(10.0 gm) Capsicum
10 Ml(10.0 ml) Water
  • Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a pan.

  • Add 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 3 broccoli florets and saute well.

  • Add tomato puree and mix well.

  • Add water and let it simmer.

  • Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder and 1/8 tsp oregano and mix well.

  • Now add the cooked spaghetti, boiled masoor dal and garnish with 1 tsp chopped basil leaves.

  • Mix well and serve hot.
