Tomato Kadhi Recipe

1/4 Chopped Cup(39.0 gm) Tomato
2.0 Tsp(5.0 gm) Besan
4.0 Number(0.44 gm) Kadi Patta
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Ginger Garlic Paste
0.13 Powder Tsp(0.27 gm) Red Chilly
1/4 Tsp(0.93 gm) Rai
0.13 Tsp(0.37 gm) Hing
1/8 Tsp(0.54 gm) Salt
2.0 Tsp(7.0 ml) Oil
100.0 Ml(100.0 ml) Water
  • In a heated kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4th tsp rai, 1/8th tsp hing, 4 kadi patta, 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4th tsp green chilli paste and tomato puree.

  • Mix all ingredients well and saute for 2 min.

  • Now, add besan mixture, water, 1/8th tsp salt and 1/8th tsp red chilly powder.

  • Mix it well and allow it to simmer for 5 min.

  • Tasty tomato kadhi is ready to serve hot.
