  • In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp Rai, 4 Kadi Patta, 1/4 tsp Hing, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 3 tbsp chopped tomato,1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp Haldi, 1/4 tsp garam masala , 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
