1/4 Powder Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Chopped Cup(22.0 gm) Cherry Tomato
1 Grated Tsp(4.0 gm) Garlic
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
1/4 Julienne Cup(33.0 gm) French Beans
  • Add 1 tsp Oil, 1/4th cup julienne french beans, 1 tsp grated garlic and saute.

  • In a bowl, 1/8th cup chopped cherry tomato, 1/8th cup julienne onion, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, sauteed french beans and mix well.
