For Dumpling Stuffing
In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp chopped carrot,1 tbsp chopped cabbage,1 tbsp chopped french beans,1/2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/8 tsp salt,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/4 tsp garlic paste,1/8 tsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp oyster sauce,1 tsp chopped spring onion and mix it well.
In a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup maida,1/4 cup whole wheat flour,1 tsp oil, water as required and knead into the dough.
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin in square shape and cut it into the small squares sheet.
Add filling on the square sheet and cover it with another sheet. Then shape into the wonton.
In a kadhai add water, dumpling, add tomato puree and 1/8 tsp salt.
Cook it nicely.
