1/2 Chopped Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli
1 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
1 Tbsp(17.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/8 Chopped Cup(14.0 gm) Onion
1 Number(0.3 gm) Bay Leaf
1 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Garlic
1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil
1/2 Chopped Cup(78.0 gm) Tomato
  • In a pan, add 1 tsp olive oil, 1/8th cup chopped onion and saute until light pink.

  • Add 1 no. bay leaf, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 cup chopped tomato and cook well.

  • Add 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th black pepper powder, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Blend all this together and serve.
