- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp olive oil, add 1/8 cup chopped onion and saute until light brown.
- Step 2 Add 1 bay leaf, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 cup chopped tomato and cook until soft
- Step 3 Add salt for taste, 1/8 black pepper powder, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4 Once cooked, let the mixture cool down and remove the bay leaf
- Step 5 Grind the mixture to a smooth consistency
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves
- Step 7 Serve with your favorite snack
