- Step 1 In a blender, add 2tbsp chopped tomato, 2.5 tbsp chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 1/8 tsp hing, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp red chilli powder.
- Step 2 Grind to a smooth paste and set aside.
- Step 3 Heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/8 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp urad dal, kadi patta and tomato onion paste
- Step 4 Mix well and cook for a minute
- Step 5 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6 And it's ready. Serve with your favorite snack.
