In a kadhai, add 1 tsp butter, wait till it melts.
Add tomato carrot puree, mix well and bring to a boil.
Now add 1/4th tsp salt, water & give it a quick mix. Add 1 basil leaf, mixture & let it boil.
Crush 1/2 tsp pepper on top and allow to simmer.
To finish it off, add 1/2 tsp fresh cream, mix and serve.
