1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Cream

1 Tsp(2.0 gm) Maida

1/2 Tsp(1.0 gm) Black Pepper(Powder)

1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(4.0 gm) Butter

As Required(150.0 ml) Water
  • In a kadhai, add 1 tsp butter, wait till it melts.

  • Add tomato carrot puree, mix well and bring to a boil.

  • Now add 1/4th tsp salt, water & give it a quick mix. Add 1 basil leaf, mixture & let it boil.

  • Crush 1/2 tsp pepper on top and allow to simmer.

  • To finish it off, add 1/2 tsp fresh cream, mix and serve.
