Tomato Carrot Soup Recipe

This refreshing, super healthy and delicious sweet and sour soup is winter special soup.....this soup is liked by every kids and this soup is not only delicious but also powerhouse of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and antioxidant........this soup is low in cal also and ideal for wt loss as well......!!

2 Tbsp(25.0 gm) Tomato (Chopped)

2 Tbsp(19.0 gm) Carrot (Chopped)

1 Tbsp(6.0 gm) Corn Flour

1 Tsp(3.0 gm) Capsicum (Chopped)
ingredients
1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Soya Sauce
ingredients
1 Tsp(4.0 ml) Vinegar
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(0.75 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
ingredients
1 Tsp(3.0 ml) Oil
ingredients
As Required(150.0 ml) Water
  • In a heated pan, add 1 tsp Oil, 2 tbsp chopped Carrot, 1 tsp chopped Capsicum and 2 tbsp chopped Tomato.

  • Saute all ingredients well.

  • Now, add 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder, 1 tsp Vinegar, 1 tsp Soya Sauce and water as required.

  • Allow it to cook for 23 min and now add Corn Flour Paste.

  • Mix all ingredients well and again cook for 23 min.

  • Serve it hot.
