Tomato Carrot Oats Soup Recipe

5 No.(1.0 gm) Basil Leaves

1/8 Tsp(0.37 gm) Black Pepper (Powder)

1/8 Tsp(0.15 gm) Mixed Herbs

1 Tsp(5.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
ingredients
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt

1 Tsp(2.0 ml) Olive Oil

As Reqired(100.0 ml) Water
  • Take a kadhai and heat 1 tsp olive oil.

  • Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/2 cup diced carrot, 1/2 cup diced tomato and mix well.

  • Then add 2 tbsp oats, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp black pepper powder, 1/8th tsp mixed herbs, 5 basil leaves, 1 tsp tomato ketchup and mix well.

  • Add water and mix again.

  • Cover the kadhai and allow it to cook.

  • Let it simmer for a while.

  • Pour in a soup bowl and serve hot.
