  • In a mixing bowl, add 2 tbsp besan and chopped tomato.

  • Add 1/4 tsp salt,1/8 tsp each of red chilli powder, dhania powder, dry mango powder and haldi.

  • Add sufficient water and mix well.

  • To this, add 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

  • Pour the prepared mixture into the omelette pan and spread.

  • Sprinkle on some black sesame seeds for a nutritional twist.

  • Add 1/2 tsp oil to fry and flip.

  • Serve hot.
