A sabji made with most commonly available and eaten vegetables tomato and potato, flavored with aromatic spices and served with rotis.
In a kadhai, add 1 tsp oil.
Add 1/4th tsp each of rai and jeera and let it crackle.
Add 1/4th tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tsp chopped onion, and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
Saute all the ingredients well.
Next, add 1/4th cup each of chopped potatoes and tomatoes, 1/4th tsp haldi, add water and let it simmer.
Next, add 1 tsp jaggery, cover with a lid and cook for 56 minutes.
Add 1/4th tsp of salt.
Mix well and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
Add white sesame seed for a nutritional twist.
