- Step 1 Heat a kadhai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp each of rai and jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 2 Add 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion and 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- Step 3 Saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 4 Add 1/3 cup each of chopped potatoes and tomatoes, 1/4 tsp haldi and a little water
- Step 5 Mix everything and let it cook
- Step 6 Add 1 tsp jaggery and cover with a lid until cooked
- Step 7 Add 1/4 tsp of salt for taste and garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 8 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds
- Step 9 Serve hot with chapati
