- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp olive oil, add 1/4 cup diced tomato, 2 tbsp chopped beetroot and saute until soft
- Step 2 Season with 1/4 tsp each of salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 3 Add water as required, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Step 4 Add 1 tsp jaggery, 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix well.
- Step 5 Blend until smooth using an immersion blender
- Step 6 Add basil leaves and simmer until all flavors meld well
- Step 7 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding basil leaves
- Step 8 Serve warm
