- Step 1 Heat a pan with 1 tsp butter, add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp chopped celery and saute for a minute
- Step 2 Add 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 cup coconut milk, 100 ml chicken stalk and stir well.
- Step 3 Once the soup starts simmering, add 1/2 tsp garlic and simmer for minute
- Step 4 Strain the mixture
- Step 5 To the flavorful broth, add 50gm boiled chicken, 1/4 cup diced button mushroom, 2 basil leaves and 1 tsp lemon juice and mix well
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot
- Step 7 Cook until all flavors combine well
- Step 8 Garnish with basil leaves.
- Step 9 Serve hot.
