- Step 1 Add 2 tbsp singhada flour, 2 tbsp wheat flour, water as required and make a large thin tortilla. Cook it and keep aside.
- Step 2 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil and add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp of chopped tomato and saute.
- Step 3 Then add 1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 tsp salt,1/2 tsp coriander powder and 1/4 tsp haldi.
- Step 4 Saute all the ingredients well.
- Step 5 Now add 1/2 cup of grated tofu and mix it well.
- Step 6 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 7 Add the tofu mixture in prepared tortilla and wrap the tortilla around the mixture, serve.
