- Step 1 In a bowl, add 1/2 cup suji, 1/2 cup Nestle a+ slim dahi, salt as per taste, water as required, and mix well.
- Step 2 Add blanched carrot and french beans, 1/4 cup boiled fresh peas, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1 tbsp jeera, 1/8 tsp haldi, and mix well making sure everything is well combined. Cover and rest it for 10 minutes.
- Step 3 If the batter is too thick then add a little water, 1/2 cup grated tofu and gently mix.
- Step 4 Give a Nestle Twist by adding mint leaves.
- Step 5 Take a nonstick thick pan, heat oil, pour a ladleful of batter and spread it evenly.
- Step 6 Cover, and roast until the base is roasted well. Flip and roast it from another side on medium flame.
- Step 7 Enjoy the tofu vegetable roastie with chutney.
