- Step 1 In a bowl, add grated tofu, 2 tbsp grated turnip, 2 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/4 tsp mixed herbs and mix all ingredients properly.
- Step 2 Give it a Nestle Twist by adding watermelon seeds
- Step 3 Take 2 brown wheat bread slices and evenly spread 2 tsp mayonnaise.
- Step 4 Add the tofu turnip mixture, press gently and sprinkle salt for taste.
- Step 5 Cover it with the other slice.
- Step 6 Cut and serve fresh.
