2.0 Grated Tbsp(16.0 gm) Shalgam
4.0 Grated Tbsp(29.0 gm) Tofu
2.0 Grated Tbsp(14.0 gm) Carrot
1.0 Chopped Tbsp(3.0 gm) Coriander Leaves
2.0 Tsp(10.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1/4 Tsp(0.3 gm) Mixed Herbs
0.13 Tsp(0.56 gm) Salt

  • Grate 2 tbsp tofu and keep aside.

  • Take a mixing bowl and add 2 tbsp grated tofu, 3 tbsp grated shalgam, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, mix all the ingredients properly.

  • Take 2 slices of whole wheat bread and evenly spread 2 tsp mayonnaise.

  • Spread the previously made turnip mixture and add 1/8 tsp salt.

  • Cover it with the other slice.

  • Cut and serve fresh.
