Grate 2 tbsp tofu and keep aside.
Take a mixing bowl and add 2 tbsp grated tofu, 3 tbsp grated turnip, 1 tbsp grated carrot, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, mix all the ingredients properly.
Take 2 slices of whole wheat bread and evenly spread 2 tsp mayonnaise.
Spread the previously made turnip mixture and add 1/8th tsp salt.
Cover it with the other slice.
Cut and serve fresh.
