1/3 Boiled Diced Cup(35.0 gm) Sweet Potato
2.0 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Tofu
64.0 Gm(64.0 gm) Burger Bun
1.0 Tsp(2.0 gm) Bread Crumbs
2.0 Slice(18.0 gm) Onion
2.0 Slice(12.0 gm) Tomato
2.0 Tsp(10.0 gm) Tomato Ketchup
2.0 Tsp(10.0 gm) Mayonnaise
1.0 Tsp(4.0 ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 Number(9.0 gm) Lettuce
1/2 Tsp(2.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste
1/4 Tsp(0.44 gm) Jeera Powder
1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt
1/2 Tsp(2.0 ml) Oil
  • In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup boiled chopped sweet potato, 2 tbsp grated tofu, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt.

  • Make tikki of the mixed mixture and coat with bread crumbs.

  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil and shallow fry tikkis.

  • Place the burger bun, cut horizontally into half.

  • Spread 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 2 tsp mayonnaise, place 1 lettuce leafe, 2 slices onion, 2 slices tomato and tikki.

  • Cover with another half of bun.

  • Serve a yummy burger.
