Protein rich, energy dense burger with a healthy twist makes the right snack option.
In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup boiled chopped sweet potato, 2 tbsp grated tofu, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/4th tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt.
Make tikki of the mixed mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
Heat 1/2 tsp oil and shallow fry tikkis.
Place the burger bun, cut horizontally into half.
Spread 2 tsp tomato ketchup, 2 tsp mayonnaise, place 1 lettuce leafe, 2 slices onion, 2 slices tomato and tikki.
Cover with another half of bun.
Serve a yummy burger.
