For Tofu Mixture
- Step 1 In a pan heat 1 tsp olive oil, add 1 black peppercorn,1 bay leaf,1/2 tsp chopped garlic, 2 tbsp chopped onion, and saute it well.
- Step 2 Add into the 1/3 cup grated tofu,1/8 tsp salt, prepared tomato puree made by grinding 1 tomato, and cook it nicely.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding carrots.

For Pie
- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup diced boiled potato,1/2 tbsp butter,1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1/4 tsp black pepper powder, mash and whisk till creamy.
- Step 2 Take a baking mold and add the tofu mixture. Pipe in potato mixture over the tofu mixture.
- Step 3 Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 2025 minutes or till potato mixture turns light brown in color.
- Step 4 Serve hot.
