For mixture
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and saute till it turns golden
- Step 2 brown, now add 1 tbsp red chilli sauce and mix, add 1 tbsp chopped capsicum , 1
- Step 3 tbsp chopped carrot , 1 tbsp chopped cabbage, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion,
- Step 4 saute well.
- Step 5 Add salt as per taste, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 2
- Step 6 tbsp grated tofu and mix well.
- Step 7 Give a Nestle Twist by adding sesame seeds.

- Step 1 In 3 tbsp maida, add salt as per taste, water and knead into a dough.
- Step 2 Roll out dough, cut into square, add mixture, roll up & seal using maida paste.
- Step 3 Heat oil for frying, deep fry until golden brown.
