Sandesh is a dessert, originating from the Bengal region in the eastern part of the Indian subcontinent, created with Nestlé A+ Milk and sugar. Sandesh made from tofu makes it a good alternative for vegan and lactose intolerant people. Tofu is also a good source of protein which makes this sweet dish nutrient rich.
Nutrition Information per serve
In a pan, heat 1 cup soy milk, add little water and let it boil.
Remove the milk in a bowl, add 2.5 tsp lemon juice and stir continuously with a spoon.
The milk will start to Nestlé A+ Curdle.
After it Nestlé A+ Curdles, strain the mixture using a cloth.
Transfer the strained extract into a bowl, add 1 tbsp powdered sugar and 1/8th tsp cardamom powder.
Mix it well and bind it into a round shape and add 1/2 tbsp chopped pistachios on it.
Sandesh is ready to serve.
