Green Elaichi
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi

Sugar
1 Powder Tbsp(11.0 gm) Sugar

Lemon Juice
2.5 Tsp(10.0 ml) Lemon Juice

Steps
- Step 1 In a pan, heat 1 cup soy milk, add little water and let it boil
- Step 2 Remove the milk in a bowl, add 2
- Step 3 5 tsp lemon juice and stir continuously with a spoon
- Step 4 The milk will start to Nestlé A+ Curdle
- Step 5 After it Nestlé A+ Curdles, strain the mixture using a cloth
- Step 6 Transfer the strained extract into a bowl, add 1 tbsp powdered sugar and 1/8th tsp cardamom powder
- Step 7 Mix it well and bind it into a round shape and add 1/2 tbsp chopped pistachios on it
- Step 8 Sandesh is ready to serve
