It is amalgamation of capsicum high in fiber, and vitamin C and tofu excellent source of protein make this salad high in nutrients.
For Plum Sauce
Mix 1/2 cup chopped plum in a saucepan with 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger, 1/2 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp sugar and some water.
Cook till thickens.
Blend till smooth and save for later.
Heat 2 tsp oil in a frying pan at a low flame and add 1/2 cup diced capsicum and 1/2 cup diced tofu.
Further, sprinkle 1/4th tsp salt and 1/2 tsp powder black pepper.
Lightly sauté the salad and transfer to a serving bowl.
Drizzle prepared plum sauce and serve fresh.
