- Step 1 In a pan, add 1 cup soy milk and cook until milk reduces to half.
- Step 2 Now, add 1 tbsp rose syrup and mix well.
- Step 3 Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 4 In another vessel, add water, 2.5 tbsp sugar powder and mix well.
- Step 5 Bring this to a boil and reduce to half, sugar syrup is ready.
- Step 6 In a bowl add 1/2 cup grated tofu, mash and make small tofu balls.
- Step 7 Add these tofu balls in sugar syrup and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Step 8 Drain the tofu balls, and add them in the rose flavored thickened soy milk.
- Step 9 Serve and enjoy.
