- Step 1 In a bowl add 1/2 cup grated tofu and knead until it is smooth
- Step 2 Shape into evensized balls and set aside
- Step 3 Heat a pan with 1 cup soy milk, add 1/4 cup sugar powder and mix until it dissolves
- Step 4 Boil until it is reduced to half and set aside
- Step 5 In another pan, add water as required and bring it to a boil
- Step 6 Add 1/4 cup powdered sugar, mix until it dissolves and thickens to a syrup consistency
- Step 7 Add the tofu balls in sugar syrup and let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Step 8 Drain the tofu balls, and add tofu balls to the soy milk
- Step 9 Refrigerate and serve this yummy vegan delight
