Dairy free Rabdi is an great alternative for vegan and lactose intolerant. Tofu makes it an extra protein rich sweet treat.

Heat pan add 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp grated tofu, 2 tbsp jaggery powder and stir well.
Add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped pista and mix well.
Boil till it thickens.
Turn off the flame and pour into a serving bowl.
