Tofu Rabdi Recipe

Dairy free Rabdi is an great alternative for vegan and lactose intolerant. Tofu makes it an extra protein rich sweet treat.

2 Grated Tbsp(15.0 gm) Tofu
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Almond
1 Chopped Tsp(3.0 gm) Pista
1/2 Cup(100.0 ml) Almond Milk
2 Powder Tbsp(21.0 gm) Jaggery
1/8 Powder Tsp(0.24 gm) Green Elaichi
  • Heat pan add 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp grated tofu, 2 tbsp jaggery powder and stir well.

  • Add 1/8th tsp green elaichi powder, 1 tsp chopped almond, 1 tsp chopped pista and mix well.

  • Boil till it thickens.

  • Turn off the flame and pour into a serving bowl.

  • Serve warm.
