Steps
- Step 1 For mixtureIn a kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till golden brownAdd 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp green chilly paste and mix well
- Step 2 Now add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum,1 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/8th tsp haldi, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, water and mix
- Step 3 Now add 2 tbsp chopped tofu and mix properly
- Step 4 For SheetIn a bowl, add 2 tbsp wheat flour, 1 tbsp maida, 1/8th tsp salt, water, mix well and knead into a soft dough
- Step 5 Set aside for 10 minutes
- Step 6 Roll out the dough ball using rolling pin
- Step 7 Add prepared mixture, make square pockets & seal
- Step 8 In a kadai, heat oil for frying and deep fry squares till it turns golden brown
- Step 9 Serve hot
